  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons liquid aminos
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. In a skillet over medium-high heat, combine chopped onion, celery, and garlic with a little bit of water; cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl. Then, add ground turkey, egg whites, liquid aminos, salt, & pepper to the same bowl as the chopped vegetable mixture. Mix well. Once meat mixture is ready, transfer to a 13x9” metal baking pan greased with a little zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray, shaping into a 9x5” loaf. Bake meatloaf in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then remove and brush top with Walden Farms ketchup as a glaze. Return the meatloaf to the oven for another 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Remove from heat and allow the meatloaf to cool for about 10 minutes before removing from pan and serving in slices.
