  • 1/4 cup vinegar (red wine, white wine, champagne, balsamic)
  • 1 teaspoon minced, fresh garlic or shallot
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, mini food processor or blender. Blend or whisk until emulsified. (The longer you whisk, the more the dressing will stay combined.)
