Directions: In a skillet with zero calorie cooking spray or a little olive oil, sauté the onion, celery and garlic until softened. Add ground turkey and sauté until cooked. Add chicken broth or water, salt and pepper.
For Italian Pasta Sauce:
Add the seasoned ground turkey to a large skillet. Add mushrooms, eggplant, parsley, basil and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over spaghetti squash or pasta.
For Asian Mixture:
In a large skillet, combine the seasoned ground turkey mixture, bean sprouts, liquid aminos, Asian dressing and salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
For Mexican Ground Turkey:
In a large skillet, combine the seasoned ground turkey, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste.
For Healthy Meatloaf:
In a bowl, combine seasoned turkey mixture, egg whites, all purpose seasoning, ketchup, Liquid Amino and pepper. Mix to combine, and place in a greased bread pan. Prepare the topping by combining the ketchup, Liquid Aminos, Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette and hot sauce. Spread over top of meatloaf. Place in the oven and cook at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. ( If the top begins to brown, cover with foil three quarters of the way through the cooking process.)
