Ingredients
Banana Smoothie
  • 1 large banana (ripe)
  • 10 oz vanilla yogurt (1 container)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp instant banana pudding (or vanilla pudding)
  • 1 tbsp honey (if needed for more sweetness)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (or fruit cubes - I used banana smoothie cubes)
Chocolate Smoothie Shake
  • ½ cup ice cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 avocado (ripe - optional, but it makes it so creamy and delicious!)
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes
Strawberry Smoothie
  • 2-3 cups strawberries (fresh)
  • 10 oz vanilla or strawberry yogurt (½ container)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (if needed for more sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp strawberry or vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup ice cubes (or fruit cubes - I used strawberry smoothie cubes)
Mixed Berry Smoothie
  • 2-3 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 10 oz vanilla, berry, or any fruit yogurt (½ container)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (if needed for more sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp Jell-O mixed berry gelatin
  • 1 cup ice cubes (or fruit cubes - I used fresh fruit cubes)
