- / teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in mixer bowl with whisk attachment on high speed until foamy. Slowly add sugar a little at a time. Continue beating until sugar is dissolved and whites are glossy and stand in stiff peaks. Bake at 225 degrees for 2 hours. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
