Blueberry Protein Pancakes
    Instructions
    1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (for the batter). Heat a pan on a stove-top on medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then pour batter onto pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip. Repeat for other side until done. Place onto a plate, drizzle with syrup and enjoy!
