Ingredients
  • 3.5 ounces beef, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg's liquid aminos
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Stevia (for sweetness if desired)
  • Miracle Noodles or rice

Instructions
  1. In a hot skillet, add the beef broth, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and liquid aminos. Bring to a boil and add the garlic and grated ginger. Cook for a few minutes to infuse the liquids with the garlic and ginger. Add the beef and broccoli and stir fry gently. If liquid evaporates, add water a little at a time until beef is cooked. Finish with green onions, salt and pepper. If desired, add a few drops of Stevia for sweetness and serve atop Miracle Noodles or rice.
