Baked Chicken and Veggie Strips

    1. Cut chicken and vegetables into thin strips. Mix eggs and water in a bowl and set aside. Add the rest of ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake to combine and then pour into a bowl. Dip veggie strips into egg mixture and then into bread crumb mixture. Set on parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with chicken strips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
