Jan D’Atri is a 3-time Emmy-Award winning television and radio host/producer, cookbook author, newspaper food columnist, culinary instructor and restaurateur. Among her many accomplishments, Jan has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences, induction into the Arizona Broadcasters Hall of Fame and the Scottsdale Culinary Hall of Fame, Humanitarian of the Year, Outstanding Woman of the Year by Women in Radio and Television, and named one of 25 Most Awesome Arizonans twice.
Jan has owned 2 restaurants and a gourmet food company that developed a line of Italian Sausages for the Superbowl and created a line of gourmet Italian cookies for QVC as well as an Italian cookbook. Jan has also been a trusted Brand Ambassador for Thermador Appliances.
In addition to Jan’s broadcast career, she also launched several on-line cooking shows called, The One Minute Kitchen and The One Minute Kid-Chen for kids.
Jan’s passions are creating new dishes, fly-fishing and caring for her 28 rescued animals at her small ranch in Arizona. Currently Jan is teaching gourmet cooking at Sweet Basil Culinary Center in Scottsdale, Arizona and loving her new “Cook Like An Italian” show on Eat This TV.
