Hot Chocolate Bombs

The Biggest Bomb of the Year! Yes, you got it! Chocolate Bombs have been a huge trend during our quarantine. And it’s not going away anytime soon!

**Step 1:** Buy the chocolate bomb molds (I bought mine at ABC Cake Decorating), and melting or dipping chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate into the molds just enough to coat the sides. I gave it three or four coats to build up the chocolate shell. Pour the rest of the chocolate out so you get a hollow middle.

**Step 2:** Put the mold in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate has hardened and slips out of the mold easily.

**Step 3:** Fill one chocolate shell with marshmallows, or small pieces of chocolate or hot cocoa powder. Attach two shells together to make a ball by holding one shell in a hot skillet for a few seconds, and then quickly attach it to the shell filled with the chocolate and marshmallows.

**Step 4:** Decorate the outside of the ball with drizzled chocolate, or just leave it as a round chocolate ball!

**Step 5:** Place the ball in a mug, then fill it with hot water, coffee or cocoa!

Or! Break the chocolate ball open and add all the bits and pieces to your hot beverage!
